Expressionistic, curved lines, sharp angle and exuberant, decorative elements: some features of the Amsterdam School style. This unique Tiffany hanging lamp is based on this innovative art movement, that manifested itself between approx. 1910-1940. The Amsterdam School is also seen as the Dutch variety of the Art Deco style. The parabola shape is common shape in the Amsterdam School style and that is why it is the starting-point of this design. The uncommon shape turns the lamp into a true eye-catcher with its warm shades of nacre, cream and brown as a lovely combination. Also available as a wall lamp.
Height glass: 28 cm.
The bulb is made in Tiffany technique. However, the glass is heated and bent in the furnace. A beautiful flowing form has been created!
