The Art Deco Amber color gives a warm, orange-yellow glow resembling the luster of amber. To be clear: The color was not created using foil or spray painting. The pieces are hand-blown using an honest glass formula.
The Calabash is inspired by the glasswork of designer Andries Dirk Copier (1901-1991), the most important Dutch glass artist of the 20th century.
The pumpkin fruit served as a model for blowing various flower vases in interesting experimental colors. The vases were often filled with fragrant lilies, tulips, hydrangeas, or peonies.
