Green is the colour of SPRING and new life. We leave the winter weather behind and enter a fresh new period. You suddenly see green leaves on trees and bushes. Tufts of green are also sprouting everywhere, in which the cutest little flowers will grow!
The colour green certainly refers to nature, but it is also liked in interiors. GREEN is a positive colour with an association towards balance and harmony. Many people feel calm and relaxed in green surroundings. Art Deco Trade applies the colour green frequently in the designs of Coloured by Art© and is proud that various lamps have found a nice home in cafés, restaurants, hotels and many a nice private house. There are, of course, different shades of green. As green as grass, apple green, olive green, mint green, emerald green....
If the colour green is used in combination with another colour, a different effect is always obtained. For example, green is the complementary colour of red. Together, they form a great contrast and demand equal attention. Yellow and green are next to each other in the colour wheel, so the effect is much more lovely and sunny.
