Inspired by travel, architecture and Art Deco style, our eye fell on the metropolis New York. New York City or NYC shows many famous buildings, but the buildings with an Art Deco design are the most famous. Think of the Chrysler and Empire State Buildings! Flowing lines, zigzag, abstract and figurative: During the Roaring Twenties of the last century, the economy flourished and to impress, huge skyscrapers emerged that dominated the skyline in the most spectacular forms!
The sleek architecture with allure was the inspiration for the new table lamp NEW YORK.
The Colored by Art © model shows simplicity in form and is abstracted to the minimum, but is very thoughtful and iconic. The shades of white and gray give a city feeling, which is interrupted by the natural and warm color of olive green in the center. The front is like a facade. The back is lower, but the lines are in harmony with the facade again. Nice is certainly the floating feeling of the cubist sides!
