About De Stijl
De Stijl was a Dutch art movement between 1917-1931 around the magazine 'De Stijl'. Geometric shapes and primary colors formed the basis. Well-known artists of De Stijlbeweging were Gerrit Rietveld, Piet Mondriaan and J.J.P. Old.
