Mouth-blown glass lampshade in Amsterdam School style. Decorative, expressive and daring. Opal white glass.
The shapes of the lamp are based on the artistic exploitations of Michel de Klerk (1884-1923), a Dutch architect. He has become famous as one of the leading men of the Amsterdam School movement (a style of Dutch Art Deco architecture) together with the likes of Van der Mey and P.L. Kramer. De Klerk also designed furniture and other decorative objects.
The fixture is patinated in black and has a frivolous Vintage look.
